F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions

General:
Q:
Do you have any pups available?
A: Any current litters will be on the "Pictures" page. We'll announce their births on the home page.

Q: How much are they?
A:
The current prices are available on the payment options page.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A:
We do. We have pups in places like Japan and South America.

Q: Can you put me on a list to let me know when you've got pups?
A:
Sure! The easiest way to do that is by joining our yahoo group. We will announce any upcoming litters there.

Q. I've tried e-mailing you, but I haven't got a reply back. What happened?

A:
My son is the one who replys to the e-mail as I am computer stupid. He comes over to the house to do the replys. Sometimes our schedules match, sometimes they don't and the e-mails can sit for a little bit. Plus, we get a great deal of spam (sometimes up to 400 spam messages a day) and the e-mails can get lost in the shuffle. We aplogize for any delay. If you'd like a quick response, please feel free to call me.

Q: When I call, I always get your answering machine. Whens a good time to call?

A:
Since I work at night, the best time to call is between 9am and 3pm, Mountain Standard Time.

A:

Q: Why do you ship COD?
A: Because the shipping varies from place to place and it can be hard sometimes to say how much ahead of time.

Q: Are there times of the year when you do not ship?
A: Yes. Due to tempurature restrictions, we would to be unable to ship via plane in the hottest part of summer or the coldest part of winter. There are van services that can help ship the pup to you, but they can be more expensive.

Misconceptions:
Q: I hear that they eat a lot, is that true?

A: They actually tend to eat about the same as a german shepherd. They like to keep lean.

Q: Are wolfhounds really afraid of men with beards?
A:
Uhhhh....no. We're unsure where that rumor came from, but it is definately not true.
